HEY THERE, I’M TORI BELANGER.

YOUR GO-TO MENTAL HEALTH PRACTICE MANAGER

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

I’ve worked in healthcare for over twenty years, supporting busy physicians and clinicians.

I love helping solve problems and I do not give up until I’ve found a solution. As a mental health practice manager, my mission is to relieve your stress, take important business tasks off your plate, and improve your practice’s efficiency and organization.

Have you seen The Home Edit? I’m Joanna and Clea-level organized. Your intake process, scheduling, insurance verifications, and inbox become synchronized, streamlined works of art when I take over.

Best of all? I love what I do! Those responsibilities that drain you of energy light me up. Together, we’ll be unstoppable.

A FEW OF MY FAVES

My pups: Dakota and Buddy. My sweet Dakota is my “assistant” (hence the business name) and helps me manage my pain and mental health. I can help you because she helps me so much!

Tattoos: I’ve designed and drawn almost every tattoo I have! They’re one of my favorite creative expressions and every single one has a special meaning.

True Crime: I’m a Murderino at heart, and my mom and I even have plans for a custom SSDGM tattoo soon. If you know, you know!😉

Sunrises and Sunsets: I’m always chasing one or the other!

“TORI HELPED ME TO IMPROVE WHAT WAS NOT WORKING”

Tori has been a great online practice manager! As a new business owner and therapist, I had a lot to manage on my own with running and working in my practice.

Tori has helped me to set up my foundational systems and she helped me to improve what was not working, from phone intakes, tracking, emails, organization, onboarding staff, creating forms, etc.!

I look forward to continuing to work with her as she has been a major asset!

Each Virtual Assistant is chosen and trained based on years of experience working with mental health practitioners in various stages of creating and building their practices.

KELLY WILLIAMS

MENTAL HEALTH VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Hello! My name is Kelly Williams, and I am a virtual assistant who helps support private practices with intake coordination and various administrative tasks.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas, and I’ve worked in the health and human services fields off and on since graduating in 1999 (with a few years thrown in helping run an animal hospital!). I enjoy being able to utilize my knowledge, experiences, and my ability to empathize to help others.

Currently I assist with clinical intake processes, from scheduling new clients with their “best fit” clinicians and sending initial documents, to taking other administrative tasks off of the clinicians’ to-do lists. Allowing me to take on those duties, frees up the clinicians to have more time with the most important part of their practice: their clients!

A FEW OF KELLY’S FAVES

Her Family: Kelly’s been married for the last seven years to her wonderful husband Garth, and she has a handsome 25-year-old stepson named Shaun and a beautiful 5-year-old daughter named Emerson.

Animals: Kelly is passionate about animals! She has two amazing dogs, Addie and Shock, who help keep her young at heart.

Swimming and Reading: Kelly loves to swim. She was instrumental in starting a Special Olympics swim team during her last “brick and mortar” job. People always say that Kelly and her daughter are actually mermaids… and Kelly doesn’t correct them. She’s also an avid reader, so maybe technically, she is a book dragon instead?

“SHE BRINGS LIGHT AND ORDER TO THE COMMON WORKPLACE CHAOS.”

Kelly was an incredible boss, and she is an incredible person. She brings light and order to the common workplace chaos. She will see to it that all tasks are completed correctly and thoroughly. We passed every federal and state audit and every accreditation during Kelly’s years of service to our organization.

MARGO WILLIAMS

MENTAL HEALTH BILLING & CODING SPECIALIST

Hi! I’m Margo Williams. I am a certified professional biller through the AAPC. I have over 11 years of experience in medical billing and coding. I have worked the revenue cycle from beginning to end. I take pride in seeing the life of a claim build from the patient’s 1st contact and encounter until the claim is processed and paid for by the insurance carrier. I love all the challenges and consistent daily changes the medical billing world brings.

I have worked for small private medical billing companies, small physician clinics, large hospitals, health systems, and hospice facilities as well. There is something about mental health billing that stands out from the rest that keeps me intrigued and wanting to always obtain knowledge on different processes and procedures of mental health billing and making sure the highest reimbursement is being obtained on claims.

A FEW OF MARGO’S FAVES

Her Family: Margo has 2 kids, a boy, 13, and a girl, 8. They are her world, and she probably wouldn’t be in billing if it weren’t for having them to get her up and keep her wanting to grow, thrive, and succeed.

Music: Margo loves listening to all types of genres of music. She believes music can change your mood when you need some positive motivation to get through the day or moment!
